Return & Exchange Policy
Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
Not Eligible:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
- Innerwear, accessories, and footwear (for hygiene reasons).
How to Initiate a Return: Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Orders above ₹1,499 are eligible for free return pickup. Orders below ₹1,499 may require self-shipping.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are accepted for size or colour issues, subject to availability.
- Raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
